Delivery Information
Prices quoted below exclude postage and packing.
- Standard Royal Mail Delivery – £3.50 (2-3 days)
- Fast Tracked Courier Delivery – £6.95 (1 day)
- Saturday (or weekend?) Delivery – £9.95
Standard Delivery is £3.50 per parcel and orders are dispatched, once they are ready, on a 2-3 day service. You can upgrade this to overnight for £6.95
Every order is handmade individually for each customer and we endeavour to dispatch as soon as possible, within 2 days of receiving your order on personalised items. Please allow extra delivery time at busy periods e.g. Christmas.
Bespoke items, where a new size is being made, may take 14 days to process. Delivery times will be advised at the time of order, and exact written specifications must be given.
If selecting a courier delivery please give a delivery address where a signature can be obtained.
Saturday/Sunday delivery is available for an extra £3.00 (Available upon request in your shopping basket).
You will receive an email from us advising you when your box is being despatched, and from the courier (email or text for mobile numbers only) with further delivery advice, if this service has been selected. In the event of the courier attempting delivery when you have not been in, please responded immediately to the courier card/email. If no communication is received from the recipient, the parcel will be returned to The Empty Box Company, and this will incur extra redelivery charges. If you foresee a problem please add clear delivery instructions e.g. “If out, leave at no.4”
We do try to meet your required dates if we can, but Yours to Keep cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss or late arrival of any order.
